Freedom Fighter?
I saw a great blog written about don juravin. I searched him and saw a huge amounts of reviews about him at this site. I thought it made some great points, so I wanted to share it to everyone that has been following this. "Freedom Fighter" by donjuravinfacts, stated the following: Freedom fighter? You betcha. But not in the widely understood conventional sense. More like the opposite. Don Juravin actively fights AGAINST freedom. I recently received an email from an individual who saw one of my posts. Apparently, he (or she?) had written a more detailed response to Juravin’s stupid “PR” release, and attempted to get it released in the same manner Juravin did. After the release was distributed and resulting in web engines, the publishing website was sent a “court order” from Juravin, ordering them to take the post down. TEXTBOOK JURAVIN! Again, like he did/does with whistle blowers, customers, and anyone exposing him, he hides behind lawyers and litigation and uses these means to bully people. Just like with his “gag clauses”. For someone who pretends to be such a patriot, makes claims like “An American born in the Holy land”, he sure doesn’t understand the principles of FREEDOM of SPEECH. Even though HE uses that argument to defend his slandering of people and businesses. He fights freedom alright. P.S. Here is the link to the article that was suppressed. https://roca-labs.pissedconsumer.com/don-juravin-continues-deceptions-amid-ftc-and-irs-investigations-201711****38715.html

Don Juravin Continues Deceptions Amid FTC and IRS Investigations
While the FTC AND the IRS tighten the rope on Roca Labs, its owner, Don Juravin, and various other “entities” he creates, Juravin and his lawyer are hard at work to confuse, complicate, and continue to mislead onlookers. In a ridiculous attempt to “save face,” one of Don Juravin’s lawyers, Glenn Reid, posted an article in the style of a press release to at least two different public relations websites. As with most postings by Juravin and his cohorts, it is filled with fallacies, distractions, and complete delusion. Again, as with most posts by Juravin, it turns into an obvious sales pitch. I would like to address some of the claims, or inferences, this article contains and show how they are manipulative, misleading, or outright false. While I cannot cover every aspect I find absurd, I would like to point out the examples that I find offensive to anyone with any semblance of intelligence. First, the opening line, “Political persecution endangers future of the regimen that has, and is, saving thousands of lives. Inventor fights back praying for justice.” Right off the bat, the article positions itself as a victim caught in the sights of an evil, greedy branch of the government that wants to end a regimen that “saves lives” and frames it as “political persecution.” The subsequent paragraphs frame the FTC as a bully that intimidates businesses and is a “threat to the American dream.” It even goes as far as stating that the FTC is extorting the businesses it investigates. Secondly, the article tries to minimize the deceptions Juravin has been caught using. “The deception that the FTC claims are a video of a man in a lab coat and a caduceus symbol that was displayed on a website for few months in 2013. No customer complained about these “deceptions.” I find this comment mind-numbing. It admits a man in a lab coat (who turned out to be a FORMER doctor with no special experience with weight-loss, and never told Juravin he did) was endorsing the product “for few months,” and the only excuse or defense is “No customer complained about these “deceptions.” That’s the thing about deceptions. IF the customer was deceived, they wouldn’t know to complain. If the viewer was not deceived, they would not have become customers. Juravin also conveniently left out some of his worst deceptions, including faking and photoshopping celebrity endorsements, faking customer reviews, fake approvals from “medical directors” that don’t exist, and creating websites so that they appear to be third-parties endorsing his product. Don Juravin implies he took down the video of the fake Doctor, and that was it. But in reality, he continues using these tactics down to this day. On his website, he claims that his “[GBA] for Diabetes Type 1, Type 2, and Pre-Diabetic” has been officially APPROVED.” Yet, he offers NO information on who exactly “approved” his product. It even contains a disclaimer: “This is NOT a personal medical advice in any way but merely a general observation based on common medical knowledge and selected reports (posts) in FB.com/groups/LOST100. Your doctor can answer you in more details (see list of active ingredients).” The post concludes with the ridiculous “sign off,” “Approved by medical director V1.0 22 May 2017.” Approved by “medical director”?? Who exactly? Completely absurd. These are the kind of warning signs fraud websites teach consumers to look for! The influence Juravin had over this article shows its arrogant head with the promotion of the ideas of Don Juravin as this blessed “inventor,” an “American born in the Holy land” (whatever that means), and that he is “fighting” the FTC, whom he views as a “legalized mafia.” In other posts you can find online, Juravin loves to prop himself up as some kind of “miracle worker” who is saving lives. There are numerous examples of this all over the internet. He always highlights customer’s comments like “Thanks Jesus and Don.” Don Juravin is also obsessed with calling himself “the inventor,” and a “guru.” So, what are his credentials? Don Juravin claims he went to Gonzaga, but has never provided any proof of medical training whatsoever. He is not a doctor. Or a nutritionist. Or even personal trainer. Or anything. Don Juravin has been drinking too much of his own Kool-Aid for far too long. Aside from the embarrassment of the things that I have highlighted, WHY has Juravin started a campaign against the FTC, attempting to de-legitimize their investigation? As attributed to his opponents in the article, “The answer is money.” It is estimated that Don Juravin made roughly $26,000,000 in the last 7-8 years from GBA. The FTC AND IRS (curiously excluded) are the ones who can take his money away and shut him down for good. And with the amount of evidence they have proving Juravin’s past and current deceptive practices, compounded by his OWN statements in his deposition, they will. They have already frozen his assets. It seems posts like these are his attempt to “go down swinging.” It’s ironic. The very intentions Juravin and his lawyer accused the FTC of are the EXACT reasons why he and Roca Labs are under the microscope. Juravin in under investigation for using deceptive business practices, faked endorsements, threats and lawsuits against unsatisfied customers, *** clauses, misleading advertising, and finally, the medical legitimacy and claims of the regimen itself! Throughout this entire ordeal, he has never presented any actual rebuttal or any tangible evidence to refute ANY of the FTC’s findings. His own medical experts agreed with the FTC’s conclusions! The fact of the matter is that Roca Labs and Don Juravin are in serious trouble. In the past, he has been able to weasel his way out of his lies, bullying, and harassment of others. That time has come to an end. One can just hope that he is put out of business soon, so he can no longer hurt or victimize anyone else. Note: While the preceding information is public knowledge and can be found in public record, the FTC and IRS investigations are still ongoing. All claims should be considered “allegations” until proven in a court of law. All viewpoints expressed are a matter of opinion.

ROCA LABS-DON JURAVIN FILE BANKRUPTCY
It was just a matter of time folks before the noose of the FTC & IRS strangled this slime ball Facebook scammer. However, this bankruptcy will probably be tossed out as a sham filing. In a typical Don Juravin move, the total bankruptcy filing totals out over $60 million dollars that he claiming his company owes creditors. What is entertaining is that he lists himself as a major creditor ahead of the Federal Government with his own company where he owns 100 % of the stock. He owes the Feds north of $26 million for his consumer fraud scams. He owes the IRS millions because of tax evasion, and he owes a lot of money in a class action suit against him. Whoa! This guy has some baggage! He claims in the fake bankruptcy filing that Roca owes him personally $35 million....what a joke. When the judge and the trustee see this, all *** will break loose on this Facebook fraudster, Don Juravin, aka Adi Jorbin, aka Adi D. Juravin, aka Don Karl Juravin. So many names and so many scams!

Roca Labs-Don Juravin, Scams, Fraud, Intimidation, and essentially Bankrupt
Whoa folks, the never ending crazy saga of Roca Labs and it’s whacky owner Don Juravin looks like it may be coming to an end, finally. From the latest filings in court, Juravin was caught selling court ordered frozen assets to buy more luxury Mercedes Benz vehicles and hiding secret PayPal accounts from the Feds. In the latest filing from Juravin and his rather comical lawyer asking for a protective order, one can see the desperation setting in as he is complaining that he is being persecuted by the FTC because they caught him doing all of these dishonest things, and it is now time to pay the piper. Oh well, no one feels sorry for these as what the government calls them, Scammers, plain and simple. Right now, Juravin, has several IRS liens personally totaling well over a million dollars; and is very much about to get a whopping $ 25 million dollar plus personal judgment slapped on him from the FTC. So, to sum it up folks, he is basically very much bankrupt. There is no recovery. He has had a long run over the years ripping people off here and in Israel, so good riddance Juravin, your presence won’t be missed by all of the consumers you have ripped off and the people you have harassed online. *all of the items uploaded where downloaded from the public record

Thinking of purchase
I was trying to get information on the product and ingredients etc. before I made the purchase- well I received messages from them "you should not base your life choices on a strangers recommendation base it on your own thoughts" ummmm ok. Then I saw in the groups there was a woman who was asking for tips because she was having issues with their HUB and how to follow the directions- Well the response was" your not the kind of person we want to see in here- you are negative and you are ban" boom done! She was gone...... I am so confused - tried contacting people that said locally they were on it and got nothing but a link to the main page with a note- I am new to it too...... Funny they are listed as having been on it for 2 yrs???

Why is he still advertising today. He has a FB page live right now. I was going to buy it after hearing the testimonies. I read the rules and it said you may not message others in the group. He said it is rude to waste their time and to read the directions yourself. Don’t be so Lazy was his words. I wanted to contact someone doing it to see what is was all about and I did. They got back to me saying they just started and couldn’t give me any info. They did say they lost 11 pounds in 8 days and that’s all she could say. So glad I checked it out further. To much money to lose on a scam. I wish LA weight loss was still around I lost 80 pounds on that diet in 7 months kept it off for 15 years.

BUSTED YET AGAIN! ROCA LABS, DON JURAVIN a.k.a. ADI JORBIN CAUGHT HIDING PAYPAL ACCOUNTS FROM FEDS
What is it with this greaseball internet QAUCK salesman and his dishonesty? Apparently he knows no bounds. I guess this is what sociopaths do and they think it is normal behavior. Firstly, this sleazy guy has a few aliases that he goes by. Google the names Adi Juravin, Adi D. Juravin, Don Juravin, Don Karl Juravin and last, but not least, Adi Jorbin. You will find that they are all the same person. Adi Jorbin, as he was known for while in Israel was convicted of consumer fraud and lost a a lot of lawsuits and filed bankruptcy there before he came to the United States somewhere according to research in the mid 2000’s. He changed his name to Adi Juravin when he came here and ultimately started using the name Don Karl Juravin shortly thereafter, according to the public records. Now the Feds have caught him yet again for hiding and transferring money through PayPal accounts and lying about selling assets that were frozen by the court. The assets were frozen by the court so harmed consumers could recover their losses for buying what Juravin admitted were fake products. Please everyone, do your research and seek real professional help for extreme weight loss. I have downloaded from the public domain all of the documents concerning this QUACK. Thank you Pissedconsumer.com for being brave and letting consumers have a voice.

DISGRACED ALLEDGED "INVENTOR" DON KARL JURAVIN aka ADI JORBIN aka ADI JURAVIN FIGHTS FTC FOR RIGHTS TO CONTINUE TO SELL BOGUS PRODUCTS
Caught again! What is it with this internet huckster who gets caught by the US Government for suing customers who complained about his bogus products to getting caught hiding money from the Feds to illegally selling frozen assets because he is subject to an asset freeze imposed by a US Federal Judge??? I will tell you what I and many other people believe, we believe Don Karl Juravin is an Internet snake oil salesman who is also a sociopath and pathological liar. Don Karl Juravin was convicted in Israel for fraud against consumers (see uploads) when he went by the names Adi Juravin and then Adi Jorbin when he was convicted and filed for bankruptcy protection as he lost many lawsuits, including one for libel and slander. He then comes to the US to sell the good American public fake weight loss products. People got angry and wrote how they felt about him and his products. So, he just sued them and pissed consumer and lost big time. Go get him FTC and IRS and shut this nightmare down. He and his products are what makes the weight loss industry look bad. Don't get taken folks!

Don Karl Juravin FIGHTS to Protect The Gastric Bypass ALTERNATIVE from the FTC
Political persecution endangers future of the regimen that has, and is, saving thousands of lives. Inventor fights back praying for justice. In 1914, the Federal Trade Commission was formed in the name of democracy. Former President Wilson declared that “the law should be administered and we would not be afraid of commissions.” He absolutely was opposed to a commission that could decide how the law should be administered and what punishment should be imposed. The FTC was formed in the hope to protect not only the people but to also protect the government from being handed over to “a smug lot of experts.” Fast forward 100 years and it has become clear that Former President Wilson should have feared the creation of such a commission. Today businesses, advertisers, entrepreneurs, individuals and even consumers throughout this country are intimidated by the FTC. Over the past 100 years, a commission established to protect the economy from unrestricted competition has become the Judge, Jury, and executioner; the All-American Sheriff of Nottingham; a bully of business and a threat to the American Dream. There is no shortage of fraudulent acts committed against the American consumer. While the FTC could, and should, focus its efforts on the protection of these victims, these consumers; they have proven time and time again that the FTC feels their time would be better served by intimidating and extorting businesses, advertisers, entrepreneurs, and individuals by taking 100% of all business revenues under the guise of protecting consumers. The FTC does not want to help the people. The FTC is only interested in benefiting themselves. One entrepreneur, Don Karl Juravin, an American born in the Holy Land, refuses to pay the extortion money and is fighting back. Juravin invented the Gastric Bypass ALTERNATIVE that has saved or improved thousands of lives and has tremendous success. with an extraordinary ratio of satisfaction. Rather than commending this business and its success against obesity in America the FTC initiated a two-year witch hunt and out of 80,000 users, the FTC has only been able to find 8 people to complain. Juravin is fighting for his business. Juravin is fighting for other businesses intimidated by this organization whose practices can only be compared to, what Juravin views as “legalized mafia.” Juravin is fighting for the obese people that his products and support groups have helped in the fight against fat. The regimen that Juravin promotes is not another dietary supplement or diet plan . It is an alternative to being fat that considers not only your physical and mental well-being but also your psychological state of mind. This regimen is based on customized supplements and specifically tailored instructions with strict rules to optimize the use of the regimen to maximize the best results for weight reduction without the risk of surgery. A look into the Facebook group with 30,000 members reveals great success with users of the regimen reporting dramatic weight reduction they could not even achieve with a bariatric surgery. Many users of the regimen are bariatric surgery patients who vouch for the Gastric Bypass ALTERNATIVE to be cheaper, safer and much better than their surgery results. Users of the regimen have exclaimed their, “Thanks,” to, “God,” that they found #TheDON boot camp. Some of those statements are, “Thanks Jesus and Don.” “Love my new life.” and, “Don saved my life.” These are the consumers that the FTC is claiming to protect. The FTC has villainized Juravin in Federal Court claiming the use of unfair and deceptive arguments. The deception that the FTC claims are a video of a man in a lab coat and a caduceus symbol that was displayed on a website for few months in 2013. No customer complained about these “deceptions”. The FTC claims to protect the same consumers that credit Juravin with saving their lives. Even after Juravin presented the FTC with 800 to 2,000 testimonials, the FTC continues to ignore the truth. Juravin urges the FTC “Just talk to any of them”. If the consumers do not need protection, what motivates the FTC’s outlandish actions? The answer is money. Under their own rules, the FTC has entitled themselves to a legal theory known as disgorgement. Disgorgement allows the FTC to collect profits from illegal operations. In Juravin’s case, they are seeking $25,000,000 which will destroy Juravin’s ability to further save lives. The FTC’s use of this theory will not benefit or protect, consumers but only serve to line their own coffers. The FTC has operated for over a century and began as an organization based on good intentions with justifiable goals to protect the people. As the modern age of bureaucracy evolved, the FTC turned into an organization prone to overreaching outside their jurisdiction. The FTC has a tremendous budget of tax money and they use it to scare and wear down businesses into agreeing to court orders that put the businesses profits directly into the pockets of the FTC. Threatened and abused by this legal extortion, businesses who have been bullied will regularly choose not to contest FTC actions. Large organizations are able to absorb the losses as a business expense and continue to be profitable. Smaller businesses often have no choice but to surrender because of a lacking in resources to fight back against the government agency. While the FTC could play an important role, a propensity for overzealous and erroneous enforcement in the restriction of businesses innovation actually harms consumers, employees, owners, and investors. The FTC has consistently argued that Juravin’s regimen has had deceptive statements about the success of the regimen while ignoring the thousands of exuberant success stories from actual users of the regimen. These users have documented their success, these users are REAL and these users deem Don Karl Juravin as a worker of miracles.

BUSTED AGAIN! US FEDS CATCH ROCA LABS OWNER DON JURAVIN a.k.a ADI JORBIN ILLEGALLY SELLING COURT ORDERED FROZEN ASSETS
Wow! The comedic antics of the Roca Labs owner never stops! According to the documents that have been uploaded for your review, Roca Labs and it's owner Don Karl Juravin a.k.a. Adi Jorbin a.k.a. Adi Juravin are under a US federal court ordered asset freeze. He was caught in 2015 hiding assets from cash to luxury cars from the view of the Feds. That slapped him around and he was supposedly behaving until he got caught again in May selling a $106,000 Mercedes Benz sports car. On top of that, he lied to them about buying another $85,000 Mercedes Benz. Now, they are holding him in contempt of court among other things. Big mistake it turns out and further compounded by lying to the Feds in sworn statements that the car was not operational and was not being sold, when in all actuality the car worked just fine and it was sold. According to the Feds, this is one of many luxury motor cars bought with funds of defrauded customers who bought fake weight loss products from Roca Labs and Don Karl Juravin who also goes by the names Adi Jorbin, Adi Juravin, Don Juravin, and Don Adi Juravin who was convicted in Israel by their version of the FTC for similar antics. According to records, he fled the country after filing bankruptcy after numerous big dollar judgments were entered in against him personally. Liars always lie and liars always get caught. Don't get taken by these internet scammers.

*** ARTIST ALERT: ROCA LABS & DON KARL JURAVIN CLAIM THAT GOD SPEAKS TO HIM TO LEAD HIS VICTIMS TO WEIGHT LOSS SALVATION FOR BIG $
Hi all, this is Carmen and I have removed myself from the Gastric Bypass Alternative group because this man is at best insane and more than likely nothing more than a sophisticated *** artist. I refuse to spend thousands of dollars and listen to this man Don Karl Juravin tell me on Facebook that God speaks to him to lead me as he sees fit! Come on, this is crazy talk and people just like me are falling for this *** game. I started noticing after I joined, that people I had come to know would suddenly start dropping off the group page because they asked questions about negative things seen online about about the products not working or all of the lawsuits against him. What gets me is that these products cost so much money and should they not have to work at least a little bit? But no, they don't apparently and I have read some brave reviews posted on this website from others that were ripped off where Don Karl Juravin admitted to the fact they don't work! What gives my former GBA family? Do some real research and don't continue to buy into this crazy scheme where he tells you that God himself directs him..

This moron Don Juravin is going to need someone to help him not go to jail! Word on the stareet is that the US Attorneys office in Tampa is going to indict him but they want to see how the FTC case against him turns out.
IRS is on him as well. He told my friend he is trying to buy a home overseas and get the *** out of the US
