I started this regimen back in March for a week then I stopped and started once again in May 2016 at 215 lbs.
This month of September 2016 I have reached 165 lbs achieving goal #2. I still have 2 more goals left and 25 more lbs to lose.
In other words, I have lost A TOTAL OF 50 LBS IN 4 MONTHS!! Love this regimen, I couldn't have done it without it!
